ABOUT THE HOUSE

The house has all confort: wifi , iron, hair dryer, boiler, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, tv , conditioned air. and heating.

For the garbage, there is the garbage cans under the stairs outside, is a separate waste collection. In the house you have a garbage bin for the humid and another one for the dry undifferentiaded.

Please remember to fix the shutters over the window (or to close them) to prevent them from slamming.

ABOUT ROSOLINA

The house is very close to all facilities: the pharmacy is at about 2 minutes by car in the highway direction venice. Near you there are some bars and two food store. An hypermarket it’s at about 2 minutes by car in the highway, direction ravenna.

The nearest first aid is in Portoviro, about 18km (20 minutes).

The centre of rosolina (a very little town) is at about 3 minutes by car in direction Ravenna.

At 10 minutes from the house there is the beach, (direction venice and turn right at the overpass) a very nice place, full of life in summer, between the lagoon and the sea, immersed in a lush pine forrest. There you can find paid and free bathhouses. If you decide to spend some time there, I advice you to go first to the touristic office in piazzale europa (Europa square) and ask them any information.

If you like nature, Rosolina is in the park of the Po delta . At half way from the highway to beach, al second traffic light, in the right, you find a road called ‘via delle valli’ , a fantastic road sourronded by the lagoon and a fantastic nature…you can even doing birdwachting. Or you can go to Porto tolle, in the deep Po Delta, (about 30km from the house) where you can find a beautifull nature and you can do a lot of activities.

Rosolina has a very strategic position, you can reach many wonderfull cities and town in very short time. Bellow just some ideas:

– The delta park, where rosolina lies, a biosphere reserve UNESCO

• Venezia, of course the best. About 70 km by car, but from chioggia you can reach it by bus or by ferry. Then Chioggia ( an old, populous sea town. Touristic and full of life and with a beach. About 20km ), Padova, Vicenza, Ferrara, abano terme (famous for the spa) a much more
